BLASTING & COATING SERVICE
Our company do provide service such as ARC Coating and Blasting Service to protect the metal and concrete surfaces from the damaging effects of abrasion, erosion, and chemical attack. The purpose of applying ARC coating will revitalize worn equipment and damaged concrete surfaces. Second, it do provide cost-effective, long-term corrosion prevention if compare to exotic alloys and conventional coatings. Lastly, it also will increase operational efficiency frequently. There are some photos that shown as below to see the result after ARC Coating and Blasting applied on pump casing, bell mouth, impeller and test separator.
Pump casing was first grit to clean the surface and do the blasting. In addition , we will do the profile check such as profile check and dew point meter for environmental monitoring .
Pump casing has been rebuild surface by applying ARC 858 .
Pump casing is fully completed by applying ARC S1PW and done with the final coating thickness checking .

Bell mouth has been rebuild surface by applying ARC 858.
Job completed of bell mouth by applying 2 layer of Chesterton Arc SD4i on it .
