BLASTING AND COATING SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities
- To market ARC and Ceramic Polymer Coatings for Pumps, Valves, Pipes, Chutes and Structures
- Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine technical needs.
- Able to identify customer’s concerns, handle customer’s issues, and propose solutions
- Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our solutions to the customer
- Develop and implement key business metrics to develop individual sales strategies and business plan.
- Collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.
SPIRAL WOUND GASKET MACHINE OPERATOR
Job Responsibilities
- No experience required as training will be provided. Working experience in manufacturing environment or related field would be an advantage.
- Able to multi-task and able to accept ad-hoc duty.
- Able to operate machine with care.
- To station at a Machine for the majority of their shift.
- Diligent in learning, improve their professional skills, with strong execution.
- Be strict with oneself, attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Maintain personal and environment hygiene and cleanliness.
- 5 days’ work, overtime will be provided.
NON-METAL GASKET / PRE-CUT GASKET OPERATOR
Job Responsibilities
- No experience required as training will be provided. Working experience in manufacturing environment or related field would be an advantage.

- To station at a Machine for the majority of their shift.

LATHE MACHINIST
Job Responsibilities
- Able to set-up, operate, maintain Lathe machines and CNC Milling machines
- Knowledge of usage and maintenance the manual Lathe machines and CNC Milling machines
- Perform draw and able to read and interpret the drawing for sample to machine, assemble and re-produce parts
- Assisting with mechanical job scope and carry out various roles in production work
- Carry out housekeeping on workplace area
- Above 5 years of working experience in mechanical/electrical assembly
- 5 days’ work, overtime will be provided.
BLASTING PAINTING SUPERVISOR (ON OFF- SITE)
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring of the production.
- Control of Consumables as per requirement
- Conduct & Witness the Blaster and Painter qualification
- Coordinate and plan for client inspection
- Attend quires to meet customer satisfaction
- Compile the inspection reports for final dossiers
- Prepare reports daily wise for various Blasting and Painting activities performed
- Attend the weekly meetings and discuss the site issues.
- Prepare day-to-day, weekly and monthly targets with support of our superiors
- Prepare shift schedule and handle contract manpower.
- Daily reporting the site progress to superiors.
- Trains new workers.
- Application of in-house coating.
- Candidates with experience and a forklift and car license are an added bonus.
